We are excited to announce our upcoming Alumni Guest House project, designed to provide comfortable accommodation for our graduates when they return to campus. This facility represents our commitment to maintaining lifelong connections with our alumni and creating spaces where memories can be relived and new ones created.

Facility Overview

The planned Alumni Guest House will be located near the campus, offering convenient access to university facilities and the surrounding Haldia area. This initiative aims to strengthen the bond between our institution and its graduates by providing a dedicated space for alumni to stay during campus visits, reunions, and special events.

Project Timeline

The Alumni Guest House is currently in the planning and development phase. Below is our projected timeline:

• Design Finalization: December 2025
• Groundbreaking Ceremony: March 2026
• Construction Phase: April 2026 - July 2027
• Interior Furnishing: August - October 2027
• Grand Opening: November 2027 (during Alumni Homecoming Weekend)

Support the Initiative

The Alumni Guest House project represents a significant investment in our alumni relations program. We invite our alumni to participate in making this vision a reality through various contribution opportunities:

• Financial contributions to the building fund
• Named giving opportunities (rooms, lounges, or the entire facility)
• In-kind donations of services or materials
• Professional expertise in architecture, interior design, or construction

Reservation System

Once operational, the Alumni Guest House will feature an online reservation system accessible through the alumni dashboard. Alumni will enjoy special rates and priority booking for campus events. The reservation process will include:

1. Login to Alumni Dashboard - Access your user account through the alumni portal

2. Navigate to Guest House Section - Find the "Guest House Booking" option in the dashboard menu

3. Select Dates and Room Type - Choose your preferred stay dates and accommodation type

4. Complete Booking - Provide necessary details and confirm your reservation
