Refund Policy

Membership Fees

Membership fees paid to Alumni Association of Haldia Institute of Technology Alumni Club are non-refundable once processed. We encourage members to review their membership type before making payments.

Event Registrations

Refunds for event registrations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• If an event is canceled by the club, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.

Donations

All donations made to Alumni Association of Haldia Institute of Technology Alumni Club are final and non-refundable. Donations contribute to alumni programs, student initiatives, and community projects.

Transaction Errors

If a technical error occurs during payment processing, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and, if appropriate, process a refund.
